The YFJ-OT type ball grinding machine is divided into single head and double head. The grinding machine is designed to grind each other with slow rotation of the ball and rapid rotation of the grinding disc, with advanced technology. According to the process requirements of the grinding ball, the appropriate oilstone abrasive (grinding sand) is rotated, the combination of rough grinding and fine grinding, or the ball and the valve seat floating and grinding, so that the ovality and performance roughness of the ball can meet the process requirements of the metal seal ball valve. .

Instructions for use:
1. Turn on the power and correct whether the rotation direction of each motor is correct. The rotation direction of the grinding disc is clockwise; the rotation direction of the sphere is clockwise. The grinding disc rotation and the sphere rotation control should be started and stopped at the same time, and the control circuit has been connected.
2. Select the fixture corresponding to the sphere to be ground, after installing the sphere, press the beam down button (the keyway must be aligned), correct the center, lock the carriage and beam, press the work button, the sphere and the grinding head start to rotate at the same time, Adjust the rotation speed of the ball and the grinding head to achieve the best grinding effect. At the same time, turn on the cooling pump and add proper amount of coolant to the grinding head.
3. After the grinding is completed, the beam is raised, and after it is in place, the beam can be rotated and removed, and the ground sphere can be removed to complete the operation.
